She was diagnosed with Neorofibromatosis in 2002.<span style="font-weight: bold;"> </span>(Neurofibromatosis is a genetically-inherited disease in which nerve tissue grows tumors that may be harmless or may cause serious damage by compressing nerves and other tissues.
